Position Summary

We are actively seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Enterprise Data Processor for our Benefit Administration team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the business unit by addressing day-to-day data processing needs, encompassing enrollments (adds, changes, terminations), recurring audits, Open Enrollment processes, reconciliation, and payroll adjustments. With a strategic emphasis on our Enterprise Clients, you will collaborate closely with the Enterprise Benefits Team, Team Lead, and Manager(s). Your commitment to precision and efficiency will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of our benefit administration processes.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain the integrity of new and existing group benefit plans within our HRIS on both the client and employee level.
  • Coordinate with Benefits Team to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client and employee benefit issues.
  • Assist in preparation of HRIS for annual and off cycle Open Enrollment periods in close coordination with Brokers & Benefit Specialists, including, but not limited to, updating rates and client contributions, preparing workflows, and launching enrollment windows for clients and employees.
  • Performs regular enrollment audits between our HRIS and carrier websites for accuracy; researches and addresses any inconsistencies in a timely fashion to ensure correct payroll deductions.
  • Regular audits including but not limited to, salary updates, dependent age offs, & status changes.
  • Track and maintain Domestic Partner enrollments and imputed income amounts throughout the year.  Audit and update as necessary during annual and off cycle Open Enrollment where applicable.
  • Enterprise Client specific audits, reporting, & system updates such as Employer HSA matches, EOI reporting, STD/Medical Fees, Stability Period benefit group changes, and any other ad hoc requirements.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Assist with updating HRIS system with required documents as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education, Skills, and Experience:

  • Prior experience in Benefit Administration, data entry, data processing, or similar roles preferred.
  • Exposure to and understanding of benefit compliance requirements and regulations is preferred.
  • Previous experience handling sensitive employee information with a high level of confidentiality is preferred.
  • Prism Experience strongly preferred, but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt system concepts quickly and efficiently.
  • Strong ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
